Our Mission
Allner & Son Painting LLC is a family-owned Limited Liability Company based out of Monument, CO that strives to bring work excellence to its clients in all the painting service and home services we offer. Founded in Iowa in 1976 by my father, Mike Allner, we are now a third generation business based out of Monument, CO with over 80 years of combined experience working to serve our clients. Our family business was founded on honesty, hard work, and earning the trust of those we serve. Furthermore, we believe that each and every job we are hired to do should be done with the highest attention to detail and with the best products available so that our customers are not only satisfied with the finished product, but so that the finished product lasts the longest length of time possible. All of our tradesmen working with us have decades of experience, are masters of their trades, and take enormous pride in their work. At Allner & Son Painting we specialize in interior and exterior painting including fence and deck staining, and cabinet refinishing and painting. We also have separate divisions within our company that provide a variety of other home improvement services such as gutter and gutter cover installations, siding and trim replacements, window installations, granite counter top installations, carpentry work including deck repair work, tile work, flooring installations including both carpet and LVP, landscaping, and a variety of handyman work. We can even provide plumbing and electrical work if you need it done. Areas we serve include Colorado Springs and its surrounding areas (Falcon, Peyton, Calhan, Castle Rock, Parker, Elizabeth, Kiowa, Larkspur, Palmer Lake; Monument, Divide, Woodland Park, Fountain, and Widefield). Our Vision
Our vision for Allner & Son Painting LLC is to continue providing the excellent product and service to our clients and their communities we have since our founding in 2015. As we do this we want to keep the painting trade at the heart of what we bring to our client base. In doing so, with every job we will work to improve the overall look and protection of our clients homes or businesses, whether it be through home painting work, the variety of home services we offer, or through renovation work we do. We will also strive to further develop our home services model to provide a wider variety and better quality services homeowners so desperately need at a time when worker shortages seem to be a growing trend for every business. At Allner & Son Painting LLC we will further continue recruiting quality interior and exterior painters who are hard working, talented, and trustworthy to help us bring consistent quality to our clients. One of the ways we believe this can be achieved is through encouraging, teaching, and mentoring young men and women in the community interested in learning the various trades we provide to our clients. Through the many blessings we have received with our business over the years, we look forward to continuing our community service efforts engaging and supporting youth in the many capacities we have over the years, as well as serving local churches in our community.
Our Job Process
1. Consultation & Estimate
The first step is for us to meet with you to discuss your project, the types of materials that can be used, and then we will put together a detailed estimate for you
2. Prep Work
Most of our exterior jobs will start with a good pressure washing to clean the surface. Once dry we will remove any loose material, sand, and then prime the bare spots before painting
3. Applying the Product
Now comes the fun part- applying the final product so we can see the transformation! Using only high quality paints from Pittsburgh Paint (PPG), Sherwin Williams, and Behr, we use a variety of methods to apply the product, from old school brushing and rolling, to the more advanced art of spraying.
4. Customer Service
This is our favorite part of the job and where we really shine and differentiate ourselves. We will communicate continually throughout the entire project, checking in along the way to make sure you are happy with how the job is going as well as making sure the finished product is what you were expecting. We also offer color consultations and have an interior decorator we can connect you with if you need more help than we can offer.

A: Yes. All of our estimates include the cost of labor and all materials necessary to complete your project, including the paint.
Q: Does your painting service have liability insurance?
A: Yes. We are fully insured and are happy to provide you with a copy of our liability insurance certificate if you would like one.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment
Q: Can you complete a job with tight time constraints?
A: Great question! The answer is definitely yes! We have an amazing amount of experience working with property management companies who turn over rental properties and need the interiors painted quickly. We also work with several realtors and their clients who are either rushing to get their house ready for the market, or who need their full interior painted right after a closing date so they can move in afterwards. In all the years we’ve been in business we have never missed a tight window we were given to work with. We take a lot of pride in the fact that we have always met our client’s timelines.
