Painting & Staining
As your trusted Colorado Springs Painter our services range from painting full exteriors to sometimes painting just the trim, or even a garage door for our clients. Whatever the job, we are interested int it. Our full exterior paint work includes a full preparation of the surface prior to painting (pressure wash; scrape loose paint, sand, and prime bare spots; caulk as needed around windows and doors; paint the body and trim). Paint products we use for exterior/interior painting include Pittsburgh Paint, Sherwin Williams, and Benjamin Moore.
We also stain the exterior of homes with cedar and other types of true wood siding, using high quality oil base products from Pittsburgh Paints called Pro-Luxe (formerly Sikkens). And we stain fences, decks, and even Hot Tubs (check out the before and after pics of our Hot Tub staining project) in the "Exterior Gallery".
Gutters
We install 5” and 6” seamless aluminum or steel gutter installations, with 2x3” or 3x5” downspout options. We also provide gutter cleaning services and repair to keep your gutters functioning properly all year long. If you are tired of cleaning out your gutters every year, we have a variety of gutter cover systems to prevent you from having to do this exhausting task while also eliminating the risk of injury to you from a fall. And our installers are all trained specifically by the manufacturers on how to properly install each cover system we offer. We can also provide heat tape to prevent heavy snow and ice build ups common during Colorado winters.
Siding & Trim Replacement
Do you have rotted or damaged siding, trim, fascia, or soffits? If so, we have amazing crews to remove the damaged materials and replace it with a high quality replacement product that will be properly sealed after install and primed and ready to be painted. We also can help you with any issues you are having with woodpeckers, squirrels, etc. as they can really damage your siding. The most common cause of the problem is rotted siding or trim that is left in place and which becomes a home for insects and small bugs that are a food source for birds and other animals.
Windows & Doors
Time to replace an old window or door that won’t stop leaking or that won’t stayed sealed and keep the hot or the cold out? We install a variety of windows from Anderson to Jeld-Wen and can work with almost any door product you are interested in installing. We will properly set and then seal your window or door ensuring you won’t have issues to water getting in your home, or increased utilities due to a poor seal.
We also re-seal existing windows and doors for our clients who notice a draft or a lot of cold coming in, as often times our clients think they need to replace the entire window or slider door, when all they end up needing is to have the window re-sealed properly. It will amaze you at how much warmer that room of your house will be.

Landscaping
In 2023 we decided to expand our business to include landscaping work for some of the rental properties we take care of, and this aspect of our business expanded nicely over the course of the year. From flagstone walkways, to gorilla mulch with drought resistant perennials, to water irrigation solutions for people having issues with water draining, we have a well experienced landscaping crew to meet your needs. We even do yard cleanup work for Fall and Spring, so if you need a fresh start to cleaning up the yard before summer or winter, just give us a call.
