Allner & Son Painting LLC is excited to share with you the news about one of our recent remodels in Fountain, CO. In a Colorado housing market that has been slowing down and correcting considerably in the last six months, our recently remodeled home hit the market on Thursday Feb 16, started accepting showings on Saturday Feb 18, and by Tuesday Feb 21 the owners had six offers and accepted the one that offered $15,000 over asking and with a generous appraisal gap. Between our amazing team and the hard working hustle of their realtor this house went fast in a market where houses have been sitting for months once again.

 

We brought our full home services line and all our tradesmen to the job to make this house look amazing and with quality products, not cheap ones.  Job scope details were as follows:

-  We painted the outside of the house about four years ago, then once renters moved out we:

-  Replaced 80% of the flooring with both carpet and LVP

-  Installed a beautiful granite counter top in the kitchen and put in a new kitchen backsplash

-  Installed a new tub and then new tile in the two upstairs bathrooms

-  Painted all the ceilings, walls, trim, doors and closets

-  Removed and replaced approx 250 Lf of baseboard and door trim

-  Painted the kitchen and bathroom cabinets

-  Built storage shelving for the basement bathroom

-  Re-built two window ledges in the master bedroom

-  Installed shower curtains in the bathrooms and curtains in two living areas

-  Installed new custom window blinds on every window

-  Installed new garbage disposal, all new faucets, complete trim in the kitchen and bathrooms

-  Replaced leaky water shut off valves- 

-  Brought the house up to code with the electrical while also installing six new lights to give certain areas in the house better lighting
